William Mundt

Managing Director

Born and raised in Toowoomba, William has spent his professional career dedicated to providing and leading health care in the region. Commencing as an Assistant Nurse before starting as a Registered Nurse at the Toowoomba Base Hospital in 2008. With multiple leadership roles and specialised CPD and training, William became the Assistant Director of Clinical Services at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Toowoomba in 2017.

Working across many different nursing roles, departments and specialties, William has a deep understanding of what it is to be a nurse and the pride and pressure that comes with it. Wanting to help clinicians, health professionals and healthcare facilities with cultural and clinical outcomes, William recognises that engaged clinicians are the answer to a healthy industry and exceptional patient and resident care. William’s passion for making positive change with regional healthcare solutions has benefited nursing staff and patients alike, with focus on clinical project management and optimisation of accreditation outcomes.

When people feel respected and the expertise of the clinician complements the healthcare facility’s needs - the clinician, facility and whole community benefit.

Jaden Frame

Managing Director

Entering the health industry more than 15 years ago, Jaden has contributed greatly to the growth and economic benefits of the healthcare industry in the Darling Downs.

Jaden's unique mix of health, finance and business experience saw him establish TSBE Health in 2017. Prior to this, he spent 8 years as the General Manager for Wise Therapy and the Managing Director of Livewell Australia, growing these businesses considerably.

Jaden has a unique insight into the industry’s opportunities and challenges. He has developed strong networks of key stakeholders in regional areas and a deep understanding of:

- the health needs of the Darling Downs

- challenges to health facilities and health

- providers' funding sources and models in regional Queensland

- health stakeholders in regional Queensland

The health industry is complex and being regional adds more complexity. Understanding the stakeholder and the regional landscape is a necessity and allows us to understand the issues, navigate the stakeholders and provide sustainable long-term solutions for regional Queensland.

Promoting employee well-being and workplace culture and supporting facilities with regional-specific challenges is the only path for a sustainable industry.

Suzanne Waldron

Clinical Operations Manager

Suzanne is a seasoned professional in the realm of clinical & health administration and health finance, with an unwavering passion for making a positive impact.

Team-focussed, health-outcome driven, relationship-motivated, Suzanne has over 21 years of expertise in the healthcare field, with evidence of leading financial initiatives and coordinating administrative and clinical finance teams, garnering respect from those around her – often complimenting her integrity and honesty she holds as core beliefs to how she operates.

Suzanne firmly believes that success is built upon a foundation of trust, open communication, and collaboration and loves working closely with our clinicians and facilities.

Bek Turner

Clinical Operations Manager

Bek Turner is a passionate and dedicated nurse with a heart committed to healthcare excellence. Starting her nursing journey at just 16 through a school-based traineeship in Townsville, Bek's career has blossomed through diverse experiences in rural hospitals, mental health, and aged care.

Relocating from North Queensland to Toowoomba for her bachelor's degree, Bek embarked on a fulfilling career path, including a graduate year in mental health and subsequent roles in the aged care sector. Her trajectory has seen her rise to clinical nurse positions, where she thrives on delivering both clinical expertise and heartfelt emotional care during the palliative stage. Motivated by witnessing positive patient and resident outcomes, Bek cherishes her role in contributing to the well-being of both patients, residents and their families. 

Grateful for these enduring relationships, Bek acknowledges the huge value in these connections particularly in rural and regional heatlhcare - both with clinicians and facilities.

Kathryn Frame

Director of Allied Health

As an occupational therapist with over 23 years’ experience practicing in both Australia and the UK, Kathryn has a passion for growing and mentoring allied health teams.

Kathryn's sentiment for regional Queensland was galvanised through multiple ventures: practicing in Roma and surrounds providing services to children with disabilities in schools, developing a successful and saleable Toowoomba-based Allied Health business servicing hospitals & the community, and successfully establishing and growing the St Vincent's Toowoomba Private Hospital's allied health team to a team of 28 staff.

Kathryn is proud of the positive impact allied health clinicians have on people’s lives and the contribution they make to equitable and sustainable regional and rural healthcare.

Elissa Walker

Finance Manager

Elissa has proudly assisted small and large regional businesses with their bookkeeping, financial information, accounts and payroll for over 17 years. In 2010, as part of her own successful business, she began working with allied health practices and a variety of NDIS providers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and more.

Driven by her passion for partnering with health professionals, Elissa joined Statim looking to further support the allied health and medical industries. For Elissa, being able to positively support clinicians and allied health workers by covering costs and handling financial management is greatly rewarding.

Knowing that she plays a role in enabling clinicians and allied health workers positively impact the lives of their patients and patients' families is Elissa’s biggest motivation.
